Creating better businesses with WOMEN to give them the life they deserve

MISSION

ABOUT PINKTAPE

I created PinkTape for three reasons, because:

- women deserve better coaching and consulting support to create the life they want for themselves

- the consultant and coaching landscape is filled with buzzwords and guessing games around pricing and service, and I value your time too much to work in riddles and games

- and because it's what I'm great at.

PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD

PinkTape was founded with the mission of supporting all women to excel in business but coaching and consulting is not accessible for a significant portion of women who are just starting out and on a low budget.

In keeping with my mission, I offer 'Pay What You Can Afford' 60 minute sessions. The sessions can focus on whatever area of business listed in the Focussed Services that you feel would most benefit you and your venture. At the end of the session and within 5 business days you'll receive a One Pager PDF detailing next steps (normally worth £75).

And when I say 'Pay What You Can Afford', I mean it

These sessions are limited and available upon sharing information on company size and revenue. This option is available once per client. If you would like to access a PWYCA session please reach out to me at hello@pinktape.com

ABOUT ME

IMG_6092.JPG

Hi, I’m Crystal, founder of PinkTape, where strategy meets straight-talking support for women who want more from their business (and their time).

I work exclusively with women, from 'stay at home' mums launching their first side hustle to seasoned CEOs leading powerhouse brands. Whether you’re building from scratch or scaling something big, I bring clarity, direction, and the occasional kick up the arse when needed.

Before PinkTape, I spent years working as a business analyst, supporting organisations from Fortune 500 companies to start ups to elevate their business. I've led initiatives in marketing, business development, CSR, DEI, employee training and staff retention and wellness. I’ve been a regional DEI lead, a strategist, and a trusted partner to teams trying to untangle messy problems and make real progress.

But corporate isn’t where I started.

I was once an award-winning teacher and college lecturer which explains the obsession with clear communication, structure, and helping people actually get it. I’ve spoken at events around the world and have mastered the networking gig.

On the creative side, I’ve got years of experience in graphic and web design, content, social media, and customer experience, plus a background in photography that means I understand composition, branding, and how to make things look as good as they work.

Now, through PinkTape, I blend all of that into real, honest support for women who are building something that matters, with confidence, creativity, and no corporate jargon in sight.

I’m also writing my first book:
The No-Bullshit Business Manual for Busy Women
…because let’s be honest: women don’t need more fluff and their time being wasted.

I live in Sussex with my partner, our three-year-old, and a new baby. Life’s full but so is my cup, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
